HERE’S HOW TO ENTER: PICK 30 PLAYERS FROM THE PROVIDED LIST (on the back of this page) whom you feel will accumulate the most points during the 2009 NHL playoffs. To select a player, place an “X” in the box provided for that player. If a player you wish to select is not listed, write the players name and team in the space provided. The entry that accumulates the most points is the winner. Completed entries can be dropped off with any member of the Tilbury Kinsmen Club or sent by mail to the address below. They can also be dropped off at STADIUM SPORTS CARDS in Blenheim, Ontario.All entries must be received no later than 7:00 p.m. April 14, 2009 and must be accompanied by the required entry fee.
